5.1 The payment methods currently available will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
Depending on availability, the following payment methods in particular may be offered:

Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods delivered.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the final partial shipment or the final piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:
Regenhelden GmbH
Email: info@regenhelden.de
by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided by us for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire prematurely if one of the exceptions provided for by law applies.
This may apply in particular to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised to meet individual needs.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply if the seal has been removed after delivery and the statutory requirements for this are met.
Further statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
11. Returns
11.1 If you wish to return goods, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance by email at info@regenhelden.de. This enables us to identify and process your return more quickly.
11.2 Prior contact is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.
11.3 Please ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged for transport. If the original packaging is still available, you are welcome to use it. However, use of the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your statutory rights.

12.6 Voluntary manufacturer's guarantees or guarantees expressly provided by us exist in addition to the statutory warranty and do not restrict your statutory rights.
13. Complaints and Transport Damage
13.1 If you receive damaged, incorrect or defective goods, please contact us at info@regenhelden.de.
13.2 In the event of visible transport damage, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Photos of the goods and packaging can help us process your complaint more quickly and assert claims against the carrier.
13.3 Failure to comply with this request does not restrict or result in the loss of any statutory warranty rights for consumers.
14. Installation and Intended Use

14.2 Irrigation components, electrical controllers, solenoid valves and other technical products must be installed and operated in accordance with the respective manufacturer's instructions.
14.3 Where work may only be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals due to statutory requirements or manufacturer specifications, these requirements must be observed.
14.4 Statutory warranty and damages claims relating to a defect that already existed at the time of handover are not restricted by these provisions.
15. Liability
15.1 We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us or our agents and representatives.

We endeavour to resolve any disagreements with our customers directly and amicably.
Where we are legally required to inform consumers about a competent alternative dispute resolution body, we will comply with this obligation.
