Push-fit fittings for 12, 16 and 20 mm pipes
PE pipe push-fit fittings are ideal when you want to connect smaller pipes in your irrigation system quickly and easily. Depending on the design, they are suitable for pipes and flexible tubing with diameters of 12, 16 or 20 mm. This allows you to create straight connections, branches, elbows and transitions yourself with ease.
Installation is particularly straightforward. Cut the pipe cleanly and as straight as possible using a pipe cutter and insert it into the appropriate fitting according to its design. Always make sure you use the correct diameter. This allows you to install, modify and later expand your irrigation system without the need for complicated tools.
Flexible connections to pop-up rotors
Push-fit fittings are ideal for creating flexible connections between the main line and your pop-up rotors. From a larger PE main line, you can use a suitable fitting to transition to a smaller and more flexible pipe. This can then be routed to the required position of the pop-up rotor.
The flexible connection makes it easier to position the rotor precisely in the lawn. Small deviations in the route of the main line can be compensated for, making it easier to position the pop-up rotor at the correct location and height. A flexible sprinkler connection also gives you considerably more freedom when making adjustments later.
From the main line to the pop-up rotor
In a lawn irrigation system, the larger PE pipe often runs through the garden as the main line or irrigation zone. At the required positions, you can create branches and run a smaller pipe from there to each pop-up rotor. Suitable push-fit fittings make these connections particularly easy.
Depending on the design of your system, you can use push-fit fittings with different connections and threaded adapters. This creates a flexible connection between the PE pipe, connection pipe and rotor. It not only makes installation easier but also simplifies the later replacement or precise positioning of your pop-up rotors.
Push-fit fittings for micro irrigation
Smaller pipes also play an important role in micro irrigation. Push-fit fittings allow you to create and branch irrigation lines for garden beds, raised beds, hedges or individual planting areas. Particularly with smaller pipe diameters, push-fit systems provide a quick and organised installation solution.
With straight fittings, tees, elbows and suitable adapters, you can adapt your micro irrigation system individually to your garden. Always make sure you select the correct pipe diameter and that the individual components are compatible with each other. This allows you to create even more complex pipe layouts yourself and expand them whenever required.
