6 mm push fittings for micro irrigation

6 mm micro tubing push fittings are designed for small distribution lines within a micro irrigation system. They allow compatible micro tubing to be connected quickly and routed to beds, planters, raised beds, shrubs or individual plants.

The compact fittings make it easy to customise your plant irrigation system. Depending on the system, a larger supply pipe can feed several 6 mm micro tubes, which then supply individual drippers, micro sprinklers or other suitable micro irrigation components.

Connect and extend micro tubing

Straight 6 mm connectors are useful for joining or extending sections of micro tubing. This allows the tubing length to be adapted to the distance between the water supply and individual plants and makes existing micro irrigation lines easy to extend.

Always check the actual dimensions of the micro tubing before selecting a fitting. A nominal 6 mm size does not guarantee identical compatibility between different manufacturers. The outside diameter, inside diameter and connection system should match the selected fitting.

Create branches with elbows and tees

6 mm elbows allow micro tubing to change direction in confined spaces, while tees create branches to additional plants or watering points. This makes it possible to create several small distribution routes from your micro irrigation supply line.

Depending on the irrigation system, individual drippers, micro sprinklers or other suitable outlets can be installed at the ends of the tubing. This allows water delivery to be adapted to different plants and makes future extensions straightforward.

Install 6 mm micro tubing yourself

Cut the micro tubing cleanly and as squarely as possible, then connect it fully according to the fitting design. A properly fitted connection makes installation easier and helps reduce the risk of leaks within the irrigation system.

After installation, check all connections at normal operating pressure. Depending on the drippers or micro sprinklers used, a suitable filter and pressure regulator may also be recommended or required. This allows you to build your micro irrigation system yourself step by step.
