Drip irrigation for beds and hedges
With drip irrigation, you can deliver water precisely where your plants need it. Driplines and drip tubing are particularly suitable for vegetable beds, raised beds, hedges and long rows of plants. Water is released slowly and evenly close to the plants. This allows you to irrigate your garden efficiently while reducing unnecessary water loss.
You can easily install a drip irrigation system yourself. Simply lay the dripline along your plants and connect it to the water supply. With fittings, tees and elbows, filters and pressure regulators, you can configure the system to suit your garden. An irrigation controller can also be used to start and stop the drip irrigation system automatically.
Micro irrigation for individual plants
Micro irrigation gives you plenty of flexibility for watering individual plants and smaller areas precisely. Drippers, micro sprayers and small distributors are ideal for potted plants, planters, raised beds, greenhouses and individual garden plants. You can select the amount of water according to the specific needs of your plants.
The main difference compared with conventional drip irrigation is the highly individual distribution of water. While a dripline supplies longer rows of plants, you can use micro irrigation to create individual watering points exactly where they are needed. With micro tubing, fittings and distributors, you can build a system step by step that is tailored precisely to your plants.
Root zone irrigation for trees and shrubs
With root zone irrigation, water is delivered directly to the root zone of trees and larger plants. This type of irrigation can be a practical addition to above-ground garden irrigation, particularly for newly planted trees, shrubs and deep-rooted plants. Water is delivered where it can be absorbed directly by the roots.
You can also integrate root zone irrigation into your irrigation system yourself. Depending on the system, you can combine the individual components with irrigation pipes, micro tubing or an existing drip irrigation system. This allows you to reliably supply lawns, beds, hedges, trees and potted plants with water using irrigation solutions tailored to each area.
Accessories and easy DIY installation
With the right accessories, you can adapt your drip and micro irrigation system precisely to your garden. Fittings, elbows, tees, end fittings, filters, pressure regulators and fixing accessories make installation easy. You do not need a complicated setup and can start with a small system and expand your irrigation system at any time.
First, plan which plants you want to water and how much water they need. You can then combine driplines, drippers, micro irrigation and root zone irrigation to suit your garden. With solenoid valves and irrigation controllers, you can also create an automatic garden irrigation system that saves you a considerable amount of time and effort on everyday watering.
