Driplines for beds and hedges
With driplines, you can easily irrigate vegetable beds, raised beds, hedges and long rows of plants. The dripline is laid along the plants and delivers water through integrated drippers directly to the root zone. This ensures that water reaches exactly where your plants need it instead of unnecessarily watering large surrounding areas.
You can easily install the system yourself. First, plan the route of your dripline and then lay it along the desired rows of plants. With 16 mm fittings, elbows, tees and end fittings, you can connect several sections together. Filters and pressure regulators help ensure reliable operation of your drip irrigation system.
Drippers for targeted irrigation
Drippers are ideal when you want to supply individual plants with water precisely where it is needed. They can be used for shrubs, vegetables, potted plants, planters or plants with different watering requirements. Depending on the type of dripper, a fixed or adjustable amount of water is delivered directly near the plant.
The main advantage compared with a continuous dripline is the flexibility of individual placement. You decide which plants receive a dripper and exactly where the water is delivered. Drippers can also be combined with micro tubing and other micro irrigation components, allowing you to adapt your irrigation system precisely to your garden.
16 mm fittings for driplines
With 16 mm dripline fittings, you can configure your drip irrigation system to match the shape of your beds and planting areas. Straight couplings extend the lines, elbows allow you to change direction and tees create branches to additional rows of plants. End fittings allow you to close individual sections of dripline securely.
Installation is straightforward and ideal for a DIY irrigation system. Simply cut the dripline to the required length and connect the individual sections using the appropriate fittings. This also makes it easy to modify or expand your drip irrigation system later if you add new beds, hedges or plants.
Plan and install drip irrigation
Installing your own drip irrigation system is easier than you might think. First, decide which plants need to be watered and divide your garden into different irrigation zones if necessary. Then choose driplines, drippers, fittings, filters and pressure regulators to suit your water supply and the needs of your plants.
If you do not want to turn the water on manually every day, you can automate your drip irrigation with an irrigation controller. Solenoid valves and sensors can also be integrated into larger garden irrigation systems. This allows you to start small and gradually expand your system into automatic irrigation for lawns, beds and plants.
