Nozzles for pop-up sprays
Nozzles for pop-up sprays determine the watering radius, arc and water distribution of your lawn irrigation. Choose suitable spray or rotary nozzles for your pop-up spray bodies and adapt irrigation precisely to corners, lawn edges and differently sized areas.

Choose the right nozzles for pop-up sprays
The nozzle plays an important role in determining how a pop-up spray distributes water across your lawn. Different models provide different watering radii and arcs, allowing you to adapt your sprinklers to the shape of your garden and irrigate small areas, lawn edges and larger sections more precisely.
When choosing a nozzle, consider the required watering radius, arc, operating pressure and water consumption. The nozzle must also be compatible with the selected pop-up spray body. Choosing the right combination allows you to adapt your automatic lawn irrigation system closely to the area you want to water.
Spray nozzles for corners and lawn edges
Conventional spray nozzles distribute water in a spray pattern and are particularly suitable for small to medium-sized lawn areas. Depending on the model, fixed or adjustable watering arcs are available. This makes it possible to irrigate corners, straight lawn edges and differently shaped garden areas more accurately.
Adjustable nozzles allow you to change the watering sector within the adjustment range provided by the manufacturer. Fixed-arc nozzles are designed for specific watering patterns. Select and position the nozzles carefully to reduce unnecessary watering of paths, patios and other areas outside the lawn.
Rotary nozzles for pop-up sprays
Rotary nozzles distribute water through multiple rotating streams and therefore operate differently from conventional spray nozzles. Various watering radii and arcs are available depending on the model. Popular options include Rain Bird R VAN and Hunter MP Rotator nozzles for compatible pop-up spray bodies.
With rotary nozzles, pay particular attention to the recommended operating pressure and available water flow. Nozzles used within the same irrigation zone should have compatible precipitation rates and watering characteristics. This helps you achieve more consistent water distribution across the lawn.
Plan the watering radius and arc
Start your irrigation layout at the corners and lawn edges, then select suitable nozzles for the remaining areas. The watering patterns of individual sprinklers should overlap appropriately so that the areas between them also receive sufficient water and dry spots are reduced.
Suitable nozzles can be installed on compatible pop-up spray bodies and, depending on the model, adjusted for watering radius and arc. Combined with PE pipes, sprinkler connections, solenoid valves and an irrigation controller, they allow you to plan and install your own automatic lawn irrigation system and adapt it later when required.
