Flex pipes for pop-up sprinklers
Flex pipes provide a flexible connection between pop-up rotors, spray sprinklers and the PE main pipe. They make accurate positioning and height adjustment easier and help bridge small distances between the main irrigation pipe and each sprinkler.

Flex pipes for pop-up sprinklers
Flex pipes are a practical way to connect pop-up rotors and spray sprinklers flexibly to the underground main pipe of your lawn irrigation system. Instead of mounting the sprinkler directly onto rigid PE pipework, a flexible connection is installed between the main line and the sprinkler.
This is particularly useful when the PE main pipe does not run directly underneath the planned sprinkler position. You can create an outlet using a tapping saddle or another suitable fitting. The flex pipe then runs from this outlet to the sprinkler and provides greater freedom when positioning it in the lawn.
Position sprinklers more flexibly
Using flex pipe makes it easier to install each pop-up sprinkler exactly where it is required. Small distances between the main pipe and sprinkler can be bridged without having to change the route of the PE pipework. This allows you to plan the main line efficiently while positioning the sprinklers for even lawn irrigation.
A flexible connection can also make height adjustment easier. The sprinkler should be installed so that its top is correctly aligned with the finished lawn surface. This keeps the sprinkler almost invisible when it is not operating and helps prevent it from interfering with mowing and normal use of the garden.
Connect flex pipe to PE irrigation pipes
Depending on your irrigation system, tapping saddles, compression fittings or other suitable connectors can be used to create an outlet from the PE main pipe. The flex pipe is then connected to the outlet and sprinkler using compatible fittings. Make sure the pipe, connectors and threads match the components in your system.
Use enough flex pipe to position the sprinkler without placing unnecessary tension on the connection. Excessively long connections should also be avoided. After installation, test all connections for leaks under operating pressure and check that the sprinkler is positioned correctly within the lawn.
Install your lawn irrigation yourself
Flex pipes make automatic lawn irrigation easier to install because the main pipe does not have to run directly underneath every sprinkler. They can also simplify later adjustments if a pop-up sprinkler needs to be moved slightly or its installation height needs to be corrected.
With PE pipes, tapping saddles, flex pipes and suitable sprinkler fittings, you can create the connections to your pop-up sprinklers yourself. Plan the positions of the main pipes and sprinklers first, then use the flexible connections for accurate final positioning throughout your lawn irrigation system.
