Rain Bird SXB-360-SPYK micro-sprinkler with spike - pack of 10

Micro-sprinkler with ground spike

The Rain Bird SXB-360-SPYK is an adjustable micro-sprinkler with a 360° full-circle watering pattern and integrated ground spike. Eight individual water streams distribute water around the sprinkler, making it suitable for targeted irrigation of flower beds, shrubs, trees, containers and other planted areas.

This pack contains 10 complete SXB-360-SPYK micro-sprinklers. Each sprinkler is supplied already mounted on a 12.7 cm ground spike and can be positioned directly in the soil where irrigation is required.

Adjustable flow and watering radius

The water output of the SXB-360-SPYK can be adjusted directly at the sprinkler. Turning the outer cap changes the flow rate and watering radius to suit the individual planting area.

The eight water streams create a 360° watering pattern. Rain Bird specifies an adjustable flow from 0 to approximately 49 l/h and a watering radius from 0 to approximately 46 cm.

Ideal for small planted areas

The compact watering radius makes the SXB-360-SPYK particularly suitable for areas where water needs to be distributed around individual plants or groups of plants. The sprinkler can be positioned between shrubs or within flower beds.

Unlike an individual drip emitter that delivers water to one point, the micro-sprinkler distributes water across a larger soil surface, which can be useful for groups of plants and shallow-rooted planting areas.

Ground spike already included

The SXB-360-SPYK is supplied complete with a 12.7 cm ground spike. No separate support is required, allowing the sprinkler to be inserted directly into the soil.

Its position can easily be changed when required, making it practical when planting layouts or irrigation requirements change.

Connection via micro tubing

The micro-sprinkler can be integrated into a micro irrigation system using small distribution tubing. Rain Bird XQ-100 or XQ-1000 4/6 mm (¼") micro tubing can be used as the supply line.

This allows individual sprinklers to be positioned independently of the main supply line and placed directly next to the plants or areas that need irrigation.

Frequently asked questions about SXB-360-SPYK

How does the SXB-360-SPYK distribute water?

The micro-sprinkler uses eight individual water streams to distribute water in a 360° full-circle pattern around the sprinkler.

Can the water flow be adjusted?

Yes. Turning the outer cap adjusts the water flow and also changes the watering radius.

What is the watering radius?

Rain Bird specifies an adjustable radius from 0 to approximately 46 cm, making the SXB-360-SPYK suitable for small and targeted irrigation areas.

How much water does it use?

The flow rate is adjustable and depends on the available water pressure. Rain Bird specifies a range from 0 to approximately 49 l/h.

Is the ground spike included?

Yes. The micro-sprinkler is supplied already mounted on a 12.7 cm ground spike.

Which tubing can be used as the supply line?

Compatible micro tubing can be used, including Rain Bird XQ-100 and XQ-1000 4/6 mm (¼") distribution tubing.

Is the SXB-360-SPYK a drip emitter?
