Rain Bird P-33DK quick-coupling valve key for P-33 water outlet

Rain Bird P-33DK quick-coupling valve key

The Rain Bird P-33DK is the matching valve key for the Rain Bird P-33 quick-coupling valve. It provides convenient access to water from an underground irrigation system, allowing you to connect a garden hose or compatible hose fitting whenever water is needed.

Whether you want to water garden beds manually, irrigate individual lawn areas or clean outdoor surfaces, the P-33DK makes an underground water outlet easy to use. It eliminates the need for permanently exposed outdoor taps at every water access point.

Simple turn-and-lock operation

The P-33DK is designed to open the Rain Bird P-33 quick-coupling valve. Insert the key into the valve and turn it to engage the locking mechanism and allow water to flow. After use, turn the key back and remove it. The quick-coupling valve then closes automatically.

The ribbed grip provides a secure hold during operation. The straightforward mechanism makes the key convenient for regular use in residential gardens, landscaped areas and other irrigation installations.

3/4-inch threaded connection for garden hoses

The Rain Bird P-33DK features a 3/4-inch male threaded water outlet for connecting suitable hose adapters and fittings. Rain Bird also specifies a 3/4-inch female threaded connection on the key.

Measuring 18 cm in height, the P-33DK is compact and easy to handle. Its one-piece plastic construction is designed specifically for use with the matching P-33 valve. The maximum operating pressure specified for the P-33 quick-coupling system is 6.2 bar.

One valve key for multiple water outlets

A major advantage of the Rain Bird P-33DK is its flexibility. If several Rain Bird P-33 quick-coupling valves are installed around your property, you can use the same key at each location, one at a time.

This makes the system particularly practical for larger gardens, lawns and landscaped areas where convenient water access is required in different locations. Simply connect a suitable hose fitting, insert the key into the valve and start watering.

The P-33 quick-coupling valve is sold separately. When the system is connected to a drinking water supply, appropriate backflow protection must be provided according to the requirements of the installation.
